Matthew Ram

Matthew is one of the founding partners of Aries Law Professional Corporation. He focuses his practice in the areas of Real Estate, Corporate and Entertainment Law. Matthew graduated from the University of Toronto with a bachelor’s degree in Economics. He then completed his Juris Doctorate from the University of Detroit Mercy, Michigan. Following that, he successfully completed his NCA exams and Bar exams before getting called to the Ontario Bar in 2015.
Following his completion of the licensing process, he opened his own legal practice with the novel idea of offering mobile legal services. This stemmed from a business model that focuses on convenience and efficiency with the goal of innovating the attorney-client relationship. What started as visiting clients in their homes, or at a time and place convenient for them, has manifested into strong connections that have led to working with huge names in the real estate industry. Once his law firm became a renowned name in the real estate industry, Matthew focused his efforts on two of his other passions, entrepreneurship and music. Through hard work, ambition and dedication to his vision of innovating the legal industry, Matthew was able to lead his law firm, MSM Legal Group P.C., into a merger with Cervini Bhatia P.C. forming a full service law firm operating as Areis Law Professional Corporation. Today Matthew offers clients a comprehensive and innovative new business start-up services for aspiring entrepreneurs and is rapidly growing in the entertainment industry.
Matthew takes pride in his efforts in developing Aries Law into a reliable, client-focused law firm. He enjoys building lasting relationships with his clients as he strives to revolutionize the attorney-client relationship in the legal industry.
