As a P1 Licensee, Shiwali N. Bhatia has dedicated her practice to giving her clients the extra attention and care they need and deserve. Shiwali began her legal career in 1999 and was licensed with the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2008. She worked with many recognized firms as a Senior Clerk and Paralegal before founding Cervini Bhatia P.C. which eventually merged with MSM Legal Group P.C. to form Aries Law Professional Corporation. The invaluable experience she obtained strengthened her aspirations of facilitating justice and advocating for the rights of others.

Shiwali’s legal career led her to work as a BI insurance analyst affording her the opportunity to gain insight into how insurance companies evaluate and litigate personal injury claims. It is the little guy’s inability to fight for himself against these large corporations that pushes her to succeed in her daily fight for clients’ rights and necessities.

Shiwali also has extensive experience in the area of Immigration Law and has aided numerous clients immigrate to Canada. Even when she’s not at the office, Shiwali finds ways to help others, and along with the firm, she supports many immigration-based charitable organizations
